- All of our delicious products are proudly made in Canada.
- Where are EightSnacks ingredients sourced from?
- EightSnacks are made in Canada with both domestic and imported ingredients. We take pride in our commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing practices. We work with local farmers and suppliers whenever possible to provide exceptional and finest ingredient for our products. - Do EightSnacks use recyclable packaging?
- The wrappers for EightSnacks bars are currently not recyclable. However, when you purchase any of our products in a box, the paperboard boxes are recyclable. Our commitment to maintaining the superior quality of our bars throughout their shelf life requires the use of a non-recyclable high barrier film. This film serves to prevent oxidation and preserve the freshness of our bars. While we acknowledge the need for recyclable alternatives, at present, we have not identified a viable option. We remain dedicated to exploring sustainable packaging solutions for the future.
- What Payment methods do you currently accept?
- We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Diners Club, and Shop Pay.
- Does EightSnacks ship internationally?
- Currently, we only ship to Canada.
- What is the shipping method and what is the cost?
- To guarantee swift delivery right to your door, we leverage the services of multiple shipping providers. The cost of the shipping method will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
- how long will it take my order to ship?
- We typically process orders within 1-3 business days for shipping. The shipping time will vary based on the selected shipping method. Please note that this timeframe excludes holidays or weekends.
- How do I track my order?
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. Please allow a 24-hour period for the tracking number to update and display the status of your order.
- What is the return policy?
- Given the unique characteristics of our product, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with a damaged or defective product, kindly reach out to our team at kyoon@eightsnacks.com promptly upon receiving your order. We kindly request that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a claim.
- How long do granola bars last?
- The answer greatly relies on storage conditions. To maximize the shelf life of granola bars, it is recommended to store them in a cool and dry area. When stored properly, a package of granola bars will generally maintain its best quality for approximately up to 8 months. After opening the package, it is recommended to keep the individually wrapped bars sealed.
Now, regarding the "expiration" date on the package, granola bars are typically safe to consume as long as they have been stored correctly and the package remains undamaged. The date indicated on packaged granola bars, such as "Best By” is an estimation by the manufacturer of how long the bars will retain their peak quality. It is not a safety date.
